- GrowthPayroll & tax addedClients asked for more, so we added payroll and tax — and Joel became an Enrolled Agent.
- 2017Encompass Financial ServicesWe incorporate as EFS: bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, preparation, and resolution.

Sharon MinnerPresident & Co-FounderSharon leads the firm’s operations and client experience, bringing more than 15 years of administrative and leadership experience.
Joel A. Minner, EAVice President & Co-FounderJoel co-founded the practice with Sharon Minner in 2002. An IRS Enrolled Agent with a background in accounting, he helps owners understand the drivers behind their numbers.
Jon-Christopher “J.C.” Wiseman, EATax Services Team LeaderJ.C. is an Enrolled Agent with a bachelor’s in accounting and a background in bookkeeping and payroll. Clients say he explains taxes in a way they understand.
