What every EFS return includes

A conversation first

We listen to what changed this year — new business, new property, new state — before we start entering numbers.

Deductions & credits you qualify for

We look for every legitimate deduction and credit — so you pay what you owe, and not a dollar more.

Line-by-line review

Every return is reviewed before it’s filed. We walk you through the key lines so you understand the result.

Electronic filing

Federal and state returns filed electronically, with confirmation when they’re accepted.

We stand behind our work

If an error is found which resulted from our incorrect application of tax laws or miscalculations, we will be responsible for any penalties and/or interest through the date it was brought to our attention and actually corrected provided the issue(s) is (are) brought to our attention immediately and upon first notification from the IRS or state tax authority. However, at no time will we be responsible for any additionally assessed taxes on your return. Any penalties or interest accrued after the return was corrected and returned to you for submission to the IRS or State will be your responsibility.

If an error occurs because the information you provided was erroneous, we will not be responsible for any additional taxes, penalties, or interest.

Tax preparation FAQs

What’s an Enrolled Agent?

An Enrolled Agent is a tax professional licensed by the IRS to prepare returns and represent taxpayers before the IRS. It’s the highest credential the IRS awards.

How much does tax preparation cost?

It depends on the complexity of your return. We’ll discuss it with you up front — our prices won’t surprise you when your return is completed.

Can we do this without coming to the office?

Yes. Many clients meet with us by phone, Teams, or Zoom. You can also drop documents off at our office, or call us and we’ll send you a secure upload link.

I’m behind on filing. Can you help?

Yes. We prepare prior-year returns and, if the IRS has already contacted you, our tax resolution team can help.
